I interpret this series as her live-streaming her attempts to get her weight under control for the sake of her health, despite, as her expressions indicates, hating the process. Hey, whatever motives one!
Also, as I mentioned in a comment that I like to think there is a small, but not completely trivial chance inspired this series, I think that the suit is tailored to NOT constrict her breathing while also being form-fitting.
New thoughts I got while typing this:
1.) Maybe the suit is inspired by her sister’s flight suit seen in oher pictures of this site (by the same prompter?) and she is using her sister’s exploits as motivation of one kind or another. Anything from competiveness, to “we share the same blood, so I can do this much”, to pretending she is doing stuff much more impressive than she actually is to distract herself from the effort (done this myself).
2.) She will probably need the suit replaced several times as she gets to a healthier weight and maybe adds some muscle, but she’s a princess, she can afford it.

I wouldn’t THINK one couldn’t make a skin-tight suit to fit a plump shape. Same principle as says most things can be shrink-wrapped or painted or build a form-fitting case for almost regardless of shape. Done right breahing shouldn’t be a problem?
Whether or not she would look good in it is an entirely separate question, and one I don’t have the expertise to comment on.
With the visual data of this series: She looks cute (in a spherical sort of way), and the prompter choosing to make her pathetic is a separate axis which is merely one way of several she could be cute in such an outfit.
