Early on he depetrifies someone who turns out to prefer a lifestyle primitive enough you don’t have wealth beyond what one can carry on their back.
Nice! I hope the weathering (if any) isn’t injuring them… Although the skull gives me pause. Still, best to let justice be unambiguous. Either do them no injury, or crack off their heads.

Is it even possible for creatures who were encased in stone from Alicorn/Draconequus magic to weather away?
