“Well your wish was granted, but the part about ‘doing it on the couch’ was apparently left as an exercise for the summoner to figure out,” Diego said as he saw the ten-foot long blue legs stretching out past him and Daron. The creature’s spire-like horn was already scraping the plaster on the ceiling overhead, and that was from a sitting position.
“Big Luna!” Daron said enthusiastically, undeterred by the logistical challenges of his request.
“Yes, big Luna indeed,” Diego allowed, taking the spell book from Daron’s hand while the newly-minted summoner’s attention was otherwise occupied. “Well, I’ll leave you to this one by yourself. Have fun, hope your insurance covers the damage.”
“Homeowner’s, or health?” Daron quipped, already unbuttoning his shirt while Diego turned to leave.
“Both,” Diego replied, eliciting an excited cackle from his friend who looked like he was ready to jump into a ball pit or something instead of grapple with a succubus. Diego resolved to let Daron deal with the consequences of his impatience and keep the book safe, in case the most likely outcome did indeed come to pass. Now that he knew the spells in the book worked, he had bigger plans than an ill-advised tryst with a sex demon shaped like a twenty-foot tall anthro cartoon character.
