Apple Bloom and Winona as Mutt and Junkyard from G.I. Joe.
A suggestion by chaotic-7, it was a way to get a ponified Joe animal-handler team as well as give Apple Bloom a role.
Ooh, Capper might make a good fit. Don’t know if I want him as Stalker because I was really set on Fancy Pants, but I might have to think about that.
Oh totally agree 100% on that. I was thinking earlier about Stalker, would Capper be a good fit? Seeing as both have similar backgrounds.
To me, Derpy would 100% be Tripwire, and that decision comes from this bit of his file card:

Wow, that’s a good catch! I wasn’t even aware of that. I’ll have to watch some more lore background videos myself for ideas, because at the moment I’m mainly going by what I remember from the cartoon and comics plus whatever is written on their file cards.
Well I remember watching a video on Mutt’s background stating that he spent a good amount of time on his relatives farm where he developed a bond with 5 of their dogs puppies, so much in fact that they seem to obey his every command. So that’s when I thought of Applebloom.
It turned out it was a great idea. It took me a few tries and I had to adjust the prompts a bit to get the outfit to look close, but I think it works.
