Her left leg is maybe a little bit too short but almost right. Her right leg, on the other hand, is too long from the knee down and too short from the knee up.

The second I think. I did specify that the LOWER leg was too long, and now that you mention it, the upper leg is, as you suspected probably too short.
Back lower leg too long, and splashing out of where there is no water but I really like the rainbow being generated (probably with magic rather than optics) from her leg.

I’m not sure if her right leg is too long or if the knee is simply too high up the leg.
