It is a First Person Shooter (note the acronyms for the title and the genre are the same). You shoot businessmen in drab suits with a weapon known as the "2 dye 4" to brighten them up, throw the Gnomes that steal the socks out of driers at people wearing socks with sandals, hem baggy clothing with a full-auto sewing machinegun (he sewing machine is the gun, not the ammo), and use your snazzy belt to swing from grapple points.
Instead of needing the correct color of key to open doors, you need the matching color of scissors to cut ribbons (as in an grand opening, not anything one couldn't easily duck under IRL) that bar your way.
Mocktails are health pick-ups, and gold watches and bowties are for armor.
Rarity's outfit would fit right in for a member of that police force.
