At least with more typical bad choices in girlfriends you might get far enough to make the double mistake of premaritally sticking your yay in crazy. Here? If you manage to really impress her (unlikely if you are this dumb) she MIGHT decide you are worth fathering a clutch.
Sidenote: While there is wisdom in the saying “Never stick your yay in crazy.”, dating and then, with eyes open, marrying someone who is literally mentally ill seems to me like it would be extra difficult but worthy enough to get an elated grin from Cadance, a nod from Celestia, and a salute from Shining Armor.
