Description

Capper as Shimik, the commando trooper from the localized Argentinian/South American G.I. Joe toyline, Comandos Heroicos.
I had had the idea of using G5, TFH, and community OC characters to represent overseas exclusive figures in the series. Capper is obviously none of those, though I had trouble finding a good role for him in the main line. I decided on choosing him for Shimik as Shimik’s file card makes many references to having “Cat Eyes” and being able to see in the dark. This plus his apparent cleverness made him a good fit for Capper in my mind.

I doubt any official version of G.I. Joe has this(1), but Capper’s best fit would be a supply officer. Your unit cut off miles behind enemy lines and running low on food? He can keep you fed, just DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, ask what sort of amoral criminal scum he cut the deal with. On an especially good day he might be able to score some bullets in your side’s caliber.
