Because I already get enough angry PMs from people who get angry because I removed their incorrect tags (they call them “their” tags).
This is a simple problem with a simple solution: if the background is solid black, tag it black background, done.

You completely misunderstood me in >>3026282, so let me explain it again.
Tags can imply other tags. black background is one of those tags, it implies simple background. You were manually adding simple background *, but not black background, but you don’t have to add simple background manually. Just add black background and then don’t touch the simple background tag.
