Just playing with the new local text to video model HunyuanVideo. It knows quite a bit about pony and is 100% uncensored, even being able to do decent NSFW stuff. We are one lora away from unlimited, quick, high quality pony animations…

Hint: For low resolutions crank flow_shift, also raise embedded_guidance_scale. With 12 steps and a low resolution like this you can get gen times to under 30 seconds on a RTX 4090.
I can see AI used to make hand-drawn animation like classic Disney movies viable again. Artists would do the keyframes, AI the frames in between.
