Torque Wrench as Steeler, the G.I. Joe tank driver and operator of the MOBAT tank, and one of the original green 13 (OG 13) G.I. Joe characters/action figures from the 1982 line relaunch.
Both are tough, hard working, blue collar types that know their way around heavy machinery.
I was aiming for an outfit that leaned more towards the Sunbow depiction, rather than the solid one-piece green look of the action figure.
