just because something wasn’t created by an antiquated obsolete method of generation (read: by a human) doesn’t mean it’s not art
whether something was generated via prompt by AI or not, digital art is digital art
/edit
was totally trolling there with the whole “antiquated obsolete” phrase above, but I think you & I are just gonna have to disagree with each other as to the definition of “art”, a pretty arbitrary discussion imho – see all the hullaballoo a century ago over “readymades” etc – https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fountain_(Duchamp) –, or stuff like sample-use in things like vaporwave or w/e more recently.
Whether you think of it as “art” in the same sense as non-AI works or not, I had fun generating these images & developing the prompts that catalyzed them and I think of the results as “art” just as I would any other “digital content image intended for aesthetic appreciation”, regardless of method of creation, who/what did it, how etc. If you disagree, fine. Peace

this wasn’t a stolen model or stable diffusion or whatever, this was from Dall-E 3 and honing the exact prompt took several iterations and rolls of the dice before I got something I liked. Obviously still way less effort than doing digital art the old-fashioned way, but I just don’t care what people think of me “as an artist” and how much effort I put in or not, I just have fun seeing what I can create in this manner for my own enjoyment, and then sharing ’em cuz why not.
That is… I used to, until Microsoft completely nuked Microsoft Designer’s filters to the point that none of my favorite prompts I’d worked to develop over several weeks work at all any more. Feh. Oh well, time for me to get a life again I guess, bleh

the amount of effort from AI or human made is very different, people will appreciate more if you put bunch of effort in your art rather than stealing someone’s model and generating it with some prompts

This is clearly AI generated. Every human designer knows it’s impossible to give girls usable pockets.
