I wouldn’t THINK one couldn’t make a skin-tight suit to fit a plump shape. Same principle as says most things can be shrink-wrapped or painted or build a form-fitting case for almost regardless of shape. Done right breahing shouldn’t be a problem?
Whether or not she would look good in it is an entirely seperate question, and one I don’t have the expertise to comment on.

Maybe if she overcame her need for a full breath and paired the tight bodysuit with an even tighter corset. Anything to make her look as good as her sister in front of her fans.
